6 Week Mindfulness & Meditation Course
If you pay attention to the present you can improve on it. And if you improve on the present what comes later will also be better. This course will teach you how to pay more attention to the present moment and allow you to increase your level of well being and personal effectiveness.
You will learn body Relaxation, how to meditate on the breath, to respond rather than react, to become more accepting and non judgemental and also be more at ease with yourself and others. Research shows mindfulness and meditation practise reduces negative thoughts, blood pressure and stress related illness while increasing self esteem, sleep quality, job performance and satisfaction. The last 4 Groups who completed the course reported an average stress reduction of 56.5%, 44%,73%, and 60.25%. See testimonial section for course reviews.
Course venueThe Backyard, Arts & Cultural Centre, Moynehall, Cavan town on Wednesday/Thursday nights between 8.30-9.30pm. Fee 130 Euro. Note the group is limited to 7 people. Next course date as below. Also one to one courses available remotely via Zoom or in person.
