Are you currently finding life difficult and frequently, overthinking, struggling with your emotions, procrastinating, feeling disconnected from yourself, worrying, too tired to sleep well, experiencing physical illness, striving goal after goal but still not happy/content. Then this course maybe for you. Consider it as another little step in evolving and growing.
The aim of this relaxation course is to allow you to step back from your current life and begin to find some inner calmness, creating a space for you to reflect on your life so you can identify and make necessary changes in how you deal with issues which trigger your stress response.
Content
During this course you will learn a series of tools and resources that you can integrate into your daily life as self-care habits. The course also enables people in taking those first tentative steps in making little changes they have been avoiding. Course content includes;- Body movement to help you discharge the build-up of anxiety in your system.
- Grounding to assist you in coming out of your head and the world of overthinking/mild dissociation so that you can be more present and conscious.
- Breathing techniques to allow you gain more control in establishing some self-mastery in moments of fight or flight.
- Guided and silent meditations including MP3 recordings for home practice.
- Introduction to the chakra energy system and establishing exactly where your life is out of balance/stuck and what you can do in practical ways to shift that.
