The aim of this relaxation course is to allow you to step back from your current life and begin to find some inner calmness, creating a space for you to reflect on your life so you can identify and make necessary changes in how you deal with issues which trigger your stress response.

During this course you will learn a series of tools and resources that you can integrate into your daily life as self-care habits. The course also enables people in taking those first tentative steps in making little changes they have been avoiding. Course content includes;
